1. Scope

These terms govern your use of goatsworld.ch, operated by GoatsWorld GmbH, Zürich, Switzerland. By using this website or submitting an inquiry you accept these terms.

2. Nature of our service

GOATS World is a Swiss-based representation of licensed Sri Lankan cinnamon sources. This website is an informational and inquiry platform for wholesale buyers — it is not a retail shop and no purchase can be completed on it. All product information, grades and imagery are indicative; final specifications are confirmed per transaction.

3. Wholesale inquiries

Inquiries are non-binding for both parties. Quotations are prepared on FOB Sri Lanka basis unless agreed otherwise, with typical lead times of 2–4 weeks. Any resulting supply contract is concluded directly between the buyer and the origin supplier, or with GoatsWorld GmbH where expressly agreed in writing.

We serve business customers only (wholesalers, resellers and manufacturers). We do not accept retail orders or ship retail quantities.

4. Documentation & compliance

Certificates of origin, quality and organic cultivation are provided where applicable. Buyers remain responsible for compliance with import regulations applicable in their destination market.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, imagery and the GOATS World brand — is the property of GoatsWorld GmbH or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

6. Liability

The website is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by Swiss law, GoatsWorld GmbH accepts no liability for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or from inquiry-stage communications.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by Swiss law. Place of jurisdiction is Zürich, Switzerland.
